How to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Overview
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the app. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
Step-by-step
- Open the login screen.
- Tap on Forgot your password? Reset now.
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Tap on Send reset link.
- Check your email inbox (including the spam folder) and follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

**I have not received an e-mail - what can I do? Check your spam folder. If you still haven't received an e-mail after a few minutes, make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address. An e-mail will only be sent if an account with this address exists.
