Log in and log out
This is how you log in and out of the app.
Overview
You need to be logged in for many functions such as registering for activities or managing your passes. Here you can find out how to log in and log out.
Step-by-step
Log in
- Open the app and tap on the profile icon at the top right of the Current tab.
- Enter your email and password.
- Tap on Sign in.
If you don't have an account yet, tap on No account yet and switch to the Register tab.
Log out
- Tap on your profile picture at the top right (in the Current tab).
- Your user menu will open.
- Tap on Logout.
FAQ
**Can I use the app without logging in? Yes, you can browse activities, news and job offers without an account. However, you will need an account to register for activities, manage passes and other personal functions.
Troubleshooting
"Login failed " Check that you have entered the correct e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password? Reset now.
