Why email confirmation is important and how to do it.
Overview
After registering or changing your e-mail address, you must confirm it in order to use all the app functions. Some functions are not available to you without a confirmed e-mail address.
Step-by-step
Confirm e-mail
- Check your e-mail inbox after registration.
- Open the confirmation email and click on the link.
- Go back to the app and tap I have confirmed my email to update your status.
Send confirmation email again
If you have not received an email, tap Resend confirmation email in the app. Also check your spam folder.
Change e-mail address
- Tap on Change email address on the confirmation screen.
- Enter your new e-mail address.
- Tap on Change email.
- You will receive a new confirmation email to the changed address.
FAQ
**What happens if I change my e-mail address? A new confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new address. Until the new address is confirmed, some functions may be restricted.
Troubleshooting
"Your email has not yet been confirmed " Click on the link in the confirmation email and then tap on I have confirmed my email in the app.
"This email address is already in use. " The new email address is already linked to another account. Use a different email address.
