Overview

You need a user account to be able to use all the functions of the app. Registration only takes a few minutes.

Step-by-step

1. Open the app and tap on the profile icon at the top right of the Current tab.
2. Switch to the Register tab.
3. Fill in the mandatory fields:
   • First name and Last name
   • E-mail (your e-mail address)
   • Birthday
   • Phone number
   • Password (at least 8 characters)
   • Confirm password (repeat password)
4. Read the Terms of Use and accept them.
5. Tap on Register.
6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to confirm your e-mail address.

If you are under 21 years old, you will be asked to provide information about your legal guardian after registration. This information is mandatory and is required to register for activities.

FAQ

**I have not received a confirmation email - what can I do? Check your spam folder. You can also request the confirmation email again via the app.

**What happens if I don't confirm the email? You can log in, but some functions will only be available to you after confirmation.

Troubleshooting

"This e-mail address is already in use " An account with this e-mail address already exists. Try logging in instead or reset your password.

"Passwords do not match " The two password entries are different. Make sure that you enter exactly the same password in both fields.

"Password must be at least 8 characters long " Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
