How to permanently delete your user account.

Overview

You can permanently delete your account at any time. All your data will be irrevocably removed. This process cannot be reversed.

Step-by-step

  1. Open your user menu (profile picture in the top right of the Current tab).
  2. Tap on Edit profile.
  3. Scroll all the way down.
  4. Tap on Delete account.
  5. Confirm with Delete irrevocably.

FAQ

**What happens to my data? All your personal data, registrations and passports will be permanently deleted. You will receive the confirmation "Account deleted".

**Can I restore my account after deletion? No. The deletion is final and cannot be reversed. However, you can re-register with a new e-mail address at any time.

**I just want to take a break - do I have to delete my account? No, you can simply log out and use the app again later. Your account will remain active.
