Waiting list

Overview

If an activity is fully booked, you can be placed on the waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, you will be informed by push notification and can register.

Step-by-step

Add to the waiting list

1. Open the details page of a fully booked activity.
2. Tap on Add to waiting list.
3. You will receive the confirmation: "We will notify you when places become available for this event."

When a place becomes available

You will receive a push notification with the message Spaces available and the message: "The activity you were waiting for now has free spaces. Sign up now before they're gone!"

Open the activity and sign up as normal.

Leave waiting list

1. Open the details page of the activity for which you are on the waiting list.
2. Tap on Leave waiting list.
3. Confirm with Leave waiting list.

After leaving the waiting list, you will no longer receive notifications for this activity.

FAQ

**Do I automatically get a place if someone cancels? No, you will only be notified that places have become available. You will then have to register yourself. The principle "First come. First serve."

**Do I need to have push notifications activated? For waiting list notifications, you should have push notifications activated so that you are informed immediately when places become available.
