Which payment methods are available and how payment works.
Overview
Payment for activities is made directly in the app. Different payment methods are available depending on the activity. Free activities do not require payment.
Available payment methods
The payment methods available depend on the activity in question. Possible options are:
- Apple Pay - payment via Apple Pay on your iPhone
- credit card - payment by credit card via a secure payment page
- giropay - direct transfer via your bank account
- PayPal - payment via your PayPal account
- Sofort / Klarna - instant bank transfer via your bank account
- MünsterlandCard - payment with the regional MünsterlandCard
- Cash (pay on site) - Cash payment on site at the event
How the payment works
For online payment methods (everything except cash payment), you will be redirected to a secure payment page after making your selection. Complete the payment there. You will then automatically return to the app.
Status after payment
- "Payment confirmed - all done!" - Your payment was successful.
- "Payment being processed... " - The payment is still being processed.
- "Pending - please pay on site. " - You have selected cash payment and are paying on site.
- "Payment has not been completed. Your registration is pending. " - The payment has been canceled. You can register again as long as there are still places available.
FAQ
**Which payment methods are accepted for my activity? The available payment methods are displayed as icons on the activity details page and appear for selection during the registration process.
**What happens if I cancel the payment? Your registration will remain as "pending". You can register again and complete the payment as long as there are still places available.
**Is the payment secure? Yes, all online payments are processed through a secure payment provider. The app does not store any bank or credit card details.
