Register for an activity

Overview

You can register for activities directly in the app. You select who is taking part, accept the conditions of participation and choose a payment method.

Step-by-step

1. Open the details page of the activity and tap on Sign up now.

2. Who is taking part - Select who should take part in the activity:

   • Yourself - yourself
   • Your children - if you have created children's profiles, you can select them here
   • You can register several people at the same time
   • If someone is too young or too old, a message will be displayed
   • The price is displayed as Total: [price] (for multiple participants per participant:in)

3. Tap on Next.

4. Conditions of participation - Read the conditions and activate I accept the conditions of participation.

5. Tap on Next.

6. Select payment method - Select one of the available payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, cash). This step is not required for free activities.

7. Tap on Pay now (or Confirm for cash payment/free activities).

8. If you are paying online, you will be redirected to a secure payment page. Complete the payment there.

9. After completion you will see your status:

   • Confirmed - all done - registration and payment successful
   • **Pending - please pay on site ** - Cash payment selected
   • **Pending - awaiting confirmation - registration must be confirmed by the organizer

10. Tap on Done.

FAQ

**Can I register myself and my children at the same time? Yes, in the first step you can select multiple participants.

**What happens if there are only a few places left? You will see the message "Only X places available". If there are not enough places available for all selected participants, you will be informed.

Troubleshooting

"There are not enough places available for this activity. " Reduce the number of participants or try again later.

"Please log in to participate " You must be logged in to register for an activity.
