Promotions and special offers

Find promotions and check whether you can take part.

Overview

Your youth center regularly offers special promotions where you can receive digital passes. Promotions appear in the News feed and are marked with the Promotion badge.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the News tab.
  2. Scroll through the feed and look out for posts with the Action badge.
  3. Tap on an action to view the details.
  4. You will see: description, image, age range, promotion period and sponsors.
  5. The app automatically checks whether you are eligible to take part in the promotion.

Eligibility check

Not everyone can take part in every promotion. Possible reasons why you are not eligible:

  • "You must be at least X years old " - You are too young for this promotion.
  • "This promotion is for people up to X years old " - You are too old for this promotion.
  • "This promotion has ended " - The promotion period has expired.
  • "This promotion starts on [date]" - The promotion has not yet started.
  • "You have already used all available redemptions " - You have reached the limit.
  • "All codes have been used " - There are no more passes available.

If you already have a pass, you will see the message "You already have a pass ".

FAQ

**Where can I find current promotions? Promotions appear in the News feed between the normal news. Look out for the Action badge.

**Can my children also take part in promotions? Yes, when you receive a pass you can choose whether the pass is for you or one of your children.
