Manage your passports

This allows you to keep track of your active and past passes.

Overview

Under My Passes you will find all your digital passes - both active and already redeemed or expired ones.

Step-by-step

  1. Tap on your profile picture at the top right of the Current tab.
  2. Select My Passes from the user menu.
  3. You will see two tabs:
    • Active - your currently valid passes
    • Archive - redeemed and expired passes

What the pass cards show

Each card shows you:

  • Picture and title of the action
  • Who the Pass was created for ("For [name]")
  • Validity date ("Valid until [date]")
  • Status badge
  • Pass code

Pass status

  • Active - the pass is valid and can be used
  • Redeemed - the pass has been redeemed (with date and time: "Redeemed on [date]")
  • Expired - the validity period has expired

Show QR code

Tap on a pass card to display the QR code. You can show this if required.

FAQ

**Can I also display my Pass without the Internet? Yes, saved passes can also be displayed offline. You will then see the message "Saved pass is displayed (offline)".

**What happens if my passport has expired? Expired passes are moved to the Archive tab and can no longer be used.

**Where can I find the QR code for my Pass? Tap on the Pass card in My Passes to display the QR code in detail.
