Add pass to wallet or save as PDF

Overview

After receiving a pass, you can save it in your digital wallet or download it as a PDF. So you always have your pass to hand.

Step-by-step

Apple Wallet (iPhone)

1. Tap Add to Apple Wallet after receiving the pass or in the pass detail view.
2. Confirm the addition in Apple Wallet.
3. The Pass will appear in your Wallet app and can be accessed at any time.

If the Pass is already saved, you will see the message: "This Pass is already in your Wallet."

Google Wallet (Android)

1. Tap Add to Google Wallet after receiving the Pass or in the Pass detail view.
2. Follow the instructions in Google Wallet.
3. The Pass will be saved in your Google Wallet.

Download PDF

1. Tap on Download PDF.
2. The PDF file will be downloaded to your device and contains the QR code of your Pass.

Share

Tap on Share to forward the pass via your device's share function.

FAQ

**Can I also use my Pass offline? Yes, if you have saved the Pass in your Wallet or downloaded it as a PDF, it is also available without an internet connection.

**Where can I find my Pass again later? Via your user menu under My Passes or directly in your Wallet app.
