Why can't I register for an activity?

If you can't register for an activity, there are various possible reasons. Here you can find out how to find out why.

This is how it works

  1. First check whether you are logged in to the app. If you see the message 'Please log in', you must first log in or register.

  2. Check whether your age matches the programme. Some activities have age limits - you will see, for example, 'You must be at least X years old' or 'This activity is for participants up to X years old'.

  3. Check whether the activity still has places available. If the message 'Unfortunately fully booked' appears, all places are taken.

  4. Check the registration period - sometimes registration is not yet open. You will then see 'Registration possible from [date]'.

  5. Perhaps you are already registered? Check this under 'My logins' - there you will see the message 'Already logged in' if you have already registered.
