What payment methods are available?
There are various payment methods available in the sawyer app to book activities for your child. You can pay conveniently online or on site with cash.
This is how it works
You can choose between the following payment methods in the app: Apple Pay, credit card, giropay, PayPal, Sofort/Klarna, MünsterlandCard or cash (pay on site). 'Free of charge' is displayed for free activities.
During the booking process, simply select your preferred payment method. Once selected, you will see 'Payment being processed...' until the transaction is complete.
If you select 'Cash (pay on site)', the app will display the status 'Pending - please pay on site'. This means that your booking is reserved but not yet fully confirmed.
For online payments, you will receive a confirmation immediately after successful processing. If you pay in cash, your registration will only be confirmed once you have paid on site at the provider.
