How do I confirm a cash payment?
If a participant has paid in cash, you can confirm the payment manually in the dashboard. This updates the status from 'Unpaid' to 'Paid'.
This is how it works
Open the corresponding activity and switch to the 'Participants' view.
Search for the participant with the status 'Unpaid' in the list.
Click on the 'Confirm payment' button next to the name.
Confirm the action in the confirmation dialogue that appears - the status will then automatically change to 'Paid'.
