How do I manage user authorisations for facilities?
Do you want to control which users have access to your set-up? In the dashboard, you can manage user authorisations both facility-wide and for individual functions and also block users if required.
This is how it works
Open the desired device in your dashboard.
Switch to the 'Users:inside' tab to manage the authorisations.
Search for users by their email address and add them to grant them access.
If you want to block users, switch to the 'Block list' tab and block individual users there - you can also optionally specify a reason for the block.
You can authorise users either institution-wide or only for certain functions, depending on the access they require.
