How do I manage AI credits for associations and companies?
As a super admin, you can determine how many AI credits clubs and companies receive each month for AI-supported text and image generation. You can define standard budgets and make individual adjustments as required.
This is how it works
Open the 'AI Credits' page in the dashboard or navigate to the app settings.
Set the standard monthly budget that all clubs should automatically receive.
Define the standard monthly budget that all companies should receive automatically.
Optional: Adjust the credits for individual organisations individually if certain associations or companies require a different budget.
