How do I manage participants in an activity?

As an administrator, you can see who has registered for an activity at any time and manage the participant data. You can confirm payments, add participants manually or export the list.

This is how it works

  1. Open the desired activity in your dashboard and click on 'Show participants'.

  2. In the overview you can see the name, e-mail, registration date, status (confirmed/pending) and payment status of each participant.

  3. If a payment has been made in cash or by MünsterlandCard, click on 'Confirm payment' to update the status.

  4. You can also add participants manually by searching for their email address and adding them to the activity.

  5. To export the list of participants, use the download function - so you have all the important information (including parent contact, medical information and swimming badges) available offline.
