How do I add participants to an activity manually?
Would you like to add participants directly to an activity without them having to register themselves? In the dashboard, you can search for parents and children using their email address and add them to the activity.
This is how it works
Open the desired activity and switch to the 'Participants' tab.
Click on the 'Add user:in' button.
Enter the e-mail address of the parent or participant in the search field and start the search.
From the search results, select the user and/or the associated children you would like to add. You can also select several people at the same time.
Click on 'Add selected' to add the participants to the activity. You will receive a confirmation with the number of successfully added users.
