How do I create a new activity?
To offer a new activity on sawyer, you create it in the dashboard. You can choose between an AI-supported mode and a classic form.
This is how it works
Open the 'Activities' section in the dashboard.
Click on 'Add activity' to create a new activity.
Select your preferred creation mode: 'Create with conduco AI' (the AI generates texts and images for you) or 'Classic form mode' (you fill in all fields yourself).
Enter the most important information: Title (publicly visible), subtitle, teaser, description, category and dates for your activity.
Set the price, capacity (maximum number of participants) and minimum and maximum age for the participants.
Add a location (or activate the online toggle for virtual activities) and upload an appealing picture.
Save the activity - it is now available in your dashboard and can be made visible to parents via the bookable toggle.
