How do I manage my company's contacts?

You can create contact persons for your company who will later be displayed as contact persons in job vacancies. This way, applicants know directly who they can contact.

This is how it works

  1. Open the 'Contact persons' section in the dashboard.

  2. Click on 'Add contact' to create a new person.

  3. Enter your first name, surname, position (e.g. Marketing Manager), telephone number and e-mail address.

  4. Optionally, you can also upload a profile picture to add a photo of the person.

  5. Save the details - from now on you can assign this person as the contact person for job vacancies.
