How to change your personal data and address.
Overview
You can manage your personal details and address in your profile. Keep your details up to date so that registration for activities runs smoothly.
Step-by-step
- Tap on your profile picture at the top right of the Current tab.
- Select Edit profile from the user menu. Alternatively, you can also find the option in the Menu tab.
- Edit the desired fields:
- Personal data: First name, Last name, Email address, Phone number, Birthday
- Address: Street, Postcode, City
- Tap on Save changes.
Fields marked with an asterisk or the note mandatory field must be completed.
FAQ
**What happens if I change my e-mail address? You have to confirm your new e-mail address again. You will receive a confirmation email to the new address.
**Can I change my birthday later? Yes, you can change your birthday in your profile. Please note that your age may be relevant for participation in certain activities.
Troubleshooting
"Please fill in all mandatory fields " Information is still missing in one or more mandatory fields. Check whether all marked fields are filled in.
"Profile could not be updated " Try again and make sure you have an active internet connection.
