Change profile picture
How to upload or change a profile picture.
Overview
Your profile picture is displayed in various places in the app, e.g. in the user menu and when you log in. You can upload a photo or change your existing picture at any time.
Step-by-step
- Open Edit profile via your user menu.
- Tap on Change photo under your current profile picture.
- Select a photo from your gallery.
- Crop the image if required.
- The photo will be uploaded automatically. You will see the message "Photo being uploaded...".
As long as you have not uploaded a profile picture, your initials will be displayed instead.
Troubleshooting
"Photo could not be uploaded " Make sure you have an active internet connection and try again. Also check if the app has access to your photo gallery.
