Add child

Overview

You can create child profiles in your account to register your children for activities. Each child has their own profile with personal data.

Step-by-step

1. Tap on your profile picture at the top right of the Current tab.
2. Select Manage children from the user menu.
3. Tap on Add child (or on the + button at the bottom right if you have already created children).
4. Fill in the mandatory fields:
   • First name and Last name
   • Birthday
5. Optionally, you can enter further details:
   • Address (street, postal code, city)
   • Medical information (allergies, medication etc.)
   • Has a swimming badge (switch)
6. You can upload a photo for the child profile.
7. Tap on Save.

Once added, the child will appear in your child list and can be selected when registering for activities.

FAQ

**How many children can I add? There is a maximum number of child profiles per account. You can see how many places you still have available in the overview. If the limit is reached, the message "You have reached the maximum number of child accounts." will appear

**Why can't I find the "Manage children" option? This function is only available if you are at least 18 years old.

Troubleshooting

"Please fill in all mandatory fields " Check that your first name, surname and birthday have been entered.
