Manage AI credits

Under Settings > AI Credits you can manage the AI credits required for the use of AI functions (e.g. text generation, image generation) as a super admin.

Account balance

Four cards show you the current balance:

• Monthly credits - The credits available this month.
• Bonus credits - Credits allocated once.
• Credits used - Credits already used.
• Credits remaining - Credits still available.

Assign credits

In this section you assign credits to clubs or companies.

1. Target type - Choose whether you want to assign credits to a club or a company.
2. Target - Select the specific club or company from the dropdown.
3. Select the type of allocation:
   • Monthly - Sets a monthly recurring credit quota.
   • One-time - Assigns one-time bonus credits (minimum 1).
4. Enter the number of credits and click Assign.

Usage history

The table shows the usage of AI Credits:

• Action - Which AI function was used (e.g. text generation).
• Consumption - How many credits were used.
• Status - Whether the generation was successful, failed or is still running (color-coded badge).
• User:in - Who has used the function.
• Club - Which club the use is assigned to.

Filter

You can use the dropdown above to filter the usage history by a specific club or display all entries for the entire account.
