Financial reports and reporting

Under Reporting in the club navigation you will find detailed financial reports and statistics on the activities of your club.

Select period

Select the desired reporting period:

• Start date - By default, 30 days before today's date.
• End date - Today's date by default.

Note: The maximum period is 3 months.

Summary

Four statistics cards show you the most important key figures:

• Total turnover - The total turnover in the selected period in euros.
• Available funds - Currently available funds in euros.
• Future funds - Amounts still outstanding in euros.
• Refunds - Total amount and number of refunds.

Time history diagram

An area chart shows the progress over the selected period:

• X-axis - Date
• Left Y-axis - Turnover in euros
• Right Y-axis - number of participants

Move the mouse pointer over the diagram to view details on individual days.

Payment methods

A horizontal bar chart shows the turnover broken down by payment method:

• PayPal
• Credit card
• Apple Pay
• MünsterlandCard
• Free of charge

Below, each payment method is listed with the respective turnover and number of transactions.

Activity overview

A table (on mobile device cards) shows for each event in the period:

• activity name
• Date and time
• Ticket price in Euro
• Registrations - number of confirmed / total registrations
• Turnover in Euro
• Refunds in Euro

CSV export

Click on the Export CSV button to download the data as a CSV file. The button is deactivated during the export.
