Roles and authorizations

There are various roles in the dashboard that determine which areas and functions are available to you.

Super Admin

As a super admin, you have access to all areas of the dashboard:

• All global administration areas (users, clubs, companies)
• All content areas (start page, categories, job types)
• Facilities and MünsterlandCard
• Communication (notifications, promotions)
• App settings, AI credits and activity log
• All club and company-specific areas

Club admin

As a club admin you can:

• View the dashboard
• Manage events for assigned clubs
• View reporting
• Manage locations
• Edit club profiles and settings
• Manage company profiles and job offers

Company admin

As a company admin you can:

• View the dashboard
• Manage your company's vacancies
• Maintain contact persons
• Edit company profile and settings
