Manage facilities

This is how you create, edit and delete facilities in the system.

Manage facilities

Under Facilities & Places > Facilities you manage the facilities in the system as a super admin.

Facilities list

The list shows each facility:

  • Name of the facility
  • Address (street, zip code, city)
  • GPS coordinates - display whether coordinates are stored

25 facilities are displayed per page. The list appears as a map on mobile devices.

Create facility

Click on Add facility. You will be redirected to the form page.

Form fields

  • Name (mandatory field) - The name of the facility.
  • Slug (mandatory field) - Is automatically generated from the name (lower case letters, hyphens).
  • Description (optional) - A description of the facility (max. 2000 characters).
  • Image (optional) - An image of the facility.
  • Access level (mandatory field) - Choose between:
    • Public
    • Authenticated (only logged in users)
    • Restricted
  • Location - Address with interactive map selection:
    • Address search with geocoding
    • Interactive map (300px height)
    • Latitude (-90 to 90) and longitude (-180 to 180)

Edit facility

Click on Edit for a facility to go to the form page.

Show facility details

Click on View details to see the complete information of a facility in a detailed view.

Delete facility

Click on Delete and confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.
