Learn how to create, edit and delete job offers.

Manage vacancies

You can manage your company's jobs under Job vacancies in the company navigation.

Create job offer

Click on Add job and fill out the form:

  • Job type (mandatory field) - Select one of the predefined job types. This field is only available when creating.
  • Description (mandatory field) - A description of the job offer.
  • Special features (mandatory field) - The most important features of the job.
  • Type of training (mandatory field) - How the training is organized:
    • Exclusively in the company
    • Both in the training workshop/department and in the company
    • Exclusively in the training workshop/department
  • Duration of training (mandatory field) - Duration in years (1, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 4 years).
  • Vocational school (mandatory field) - Name of the associated vocational school.
  • Minimum qualification (mandatory field) - The required school-leaving qualification:
    • No qualification
    • Secondary school leaving certificate
    • Intermediate school leaving certificate
    • Fachabitur
    • A-levels
  • Tasks (optional) - A list of tasks that can be sorted using drag-and-drop. Individual entries can be added and removed.
  • Requirements (optional) - A list of requirements, which can also be sorted.
  • Contact person:in (mandatory field) - Select one of the created contact persons.
  • Number of available positions (mandatory field) - How many positions are advertised.
  • Internships available - Toggle whether internships are offered.
  • Visible - Toggle whether the job offer is displayed in the app.

Edit job offer

Click on Edit in the Actions column to edit an existing job offer. The job type cannot be changed afterwards.

Advertisements

You can also manage advertisements for a job offer via the Actions menu.

Delete job offer

Click on Delete in the Actions menu and confirm the action.

Overview

In the list you can see each job offer:

  • Job type symbol
  • Job title
  • Visibility status (eye symbol)
  • Number of available jobs
  • Name of contact person
