Learn how to manage the visibility, IBAN, GTC and admins of your club.

Manage club settings

Under Settings in the club navigation you will find the central settings of your club.

General settings

Visibility

With the Visibility toggle you can control whether your club is displayed in the app or not.

IBAN

Here you can enter your club's IBAN for incoming payments. The entry is automatically converted to capital letters.

General terms and conditions

The terms and conditions are a mandatory field and are edited using a rich text editor. You can format the text (bold, italics, lists, etc.). The save button is only active once the field has been filled in. The terms and conditions are displayed when participants register for activities and must be accepted. They are part of the registration process.

Admin administration

In this area you manage who has administrative access to your club.

Add admin

  1. Enter the e-mail address of the person you want to add as an admin.
  2. Click on the Add button or press Enter.
  3. The person will then have access to the club area.

Remove admin

  1. Click on the Remove button next to the respective admin.
  2. Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.

Note: You cannot remove yourself as an admin.

Admin list

In the list you can see all current admins with:

  • Avatar or initials
  • Name
  • E-mail address
