What do I do if I have connection problems?
If the app displays an error message such as 'No internet connection. This function requires an internet connection' or 'Something went wrong', you can usually fix the problem yourself quickly.
This is how it works
Firstly, check whether your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network and has a stable internet connection.
Close the sawyer app completely and then open it again.
If the message 'You have reached your request limit. Please try again later' appears, wait a few minutes before trying again.
If the problem persists, make sure that you have installed the latest version of the sawyer app and update it via the App Store if necessary.
