First steps as a club administrator
Are you a new administrator for your club on sawyer? Here you can find out how to set up your club profile and create your first activities.
This is how it works
Register in the dashboard and wait until you have been assigned to your club. This assignment is made by an existing administrator or our support team.
Set up your club profile by adding the name, an appealing description, your logo and contact details. This makes it easy for parents to find and recognise your club.
Configure the club settings: Determine whether your club should be publicly visible, enter your IBAN for online payments and upload your terms and conditions.
Create locations where your activities will take place. These can be club rooms, sports halls or other meeting places.
Create your first activity with all the important details such as date, age group, price and description. Parents can then book directly.
Keep track of participants, bookings and the utilisation of your activities in the reporting area.
