Set up push notifications
How to activate push notifications so you don't miss any important updates.
Overview
Push notifications keep you up to date - whether it's waiting list updates, news about your activities or important app updates. You can switch the notifications on or off at any time.
Step-by-step
Activate notifications on first start
The first time you open the app or the notification settings, an introduction appears with the title Stay informed and the benefits:
- Receive waiting list updates
- Get news about your activities
- Don't miss important app updates
Tap Enable notifications to allow push notifications. Or select Decide later to activate them later.
Activate notifications later
- Open the Menu tab.
- Tap on Notification settings.
- Tap on Enable notifications.
Authorization has been denied
If you have denied permission at device level, the following message will appear: "To receive notifications, please enable them in your device settings." Open the system settings of your device and allow notifications for the app.

**Do I need to be logged in? Yes, you need to be logged in to manage your notification settings.
**I'm not getting any notifications - what can I do? Check in the device settings whether notifications are allowed for the app. You should see the status Push notifications are enabled in the app.
