Registration status and payment status
What the different statuses mean for your registrations.
Overview
After registering for an activity, your registration can have different statuses. Here you can find out what they mean and what you need to do.
Status overview
Confirmed
**Confirmed - all done!
Your registration is confirmed and payment has been received (or the activity is free of charge). You don't need to do anything else.
Payment pending
Payment pending
The payment has not yet been completed. There may be various reasons for this:
- You have canceled or not completed the online payment.
- The payment is still being processed.
You can register for the activity again and complete the payment as long as there are still places available.
Pending - cash payment
**Pending - please pay on site **
You have selected Cash (pay on site) as payment method. Pay the amount on site on the day of the event.
Pending - confirmation
**Pending - waiting for confirmation **
Your registration must be confirmed manually by the organizer. You will be notified as soon as your registration is confirmed or rejected.
FAQ
**My payment has been canceled - what can I do? You can re-register for the activity and complete the payment as long as there are still places available.
**How long does it take for my registration to be confirmed? This depends on the organizer. Activate push notifications to be informed about status changes.
