Facilities and smart functions
This allows you to use setup pages and control smart functions via the app.
Overview
Some devices give you access to smart functions via the app - for example, door openers or other controls. These functions are tied to certain times and access rights.
Step-by-step
- Open the setup page via the menu or a shared link.
- You will see an overview of the setup with a picture, description and available functions.
- Tap on a function to trigger it.
- After successful execution, the confirmation "Done" appears.
Schedule
Each function has a schedule that shows you when it is available:
- Availability is listed by day of the week (Monday to Sunday) with the respective times.
- "Available until [time]" - the function is currently available.
- "Opens at [time]" - the function is currently not available and will be activated at the specified time.
Requirements
- You must be logged in to access facilities.
- Depending on the facility, you may need certain access rights.
Troubleshooting
"Please log in to access this facility " Log in with your account to use the facility.
"You do not have access to this facility " You do not have the necessary access rights. Contact your youth center.
"This function is currently not available " The function is out of schedule. Check the schedule for availability.
"Connection failed" / "The request took too long " Check your internet connection and try Try again.
