Promotions are a great way to offer special offers or discounts for your activities. In this guide, we'll show you how to create a new promotion step by step.
This is how it works
Open the 'Promotions' section in the dashboard.
Click on the 'Create promotion' button to create a new promotion.
Enter a meaningful title and description and specify the period during which the promotion should be valid (start date and end date).
Define the age limits (min/max age) for participation and set a limit for the maximum number of redemptions per user.
Select the code source: Either 'System generated' (sawyer creates the codes automatically) or 'CSV import' (you upload your own codes).
Configure the pass design by setting the background and foreground colour and optionally uploading a logo.
Save the promotion and then add sponsors and locations via the corresponding tabs to fully set up the promotion.
